With reference to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), Alessandria Gestioni Alberghiere Srl, with headquarters in Viale della Valletta 180, Spinetta Marengo, 15122 Alessandria (AL), intends to process the personal data that you have provided to us, exclusively for the execution of contractual or legal obligations deriving from existing commercial relationships between us.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the above Code, we are obliged to notify you of the following:

Purpose of processing.
The data that you make available to us are processed as part of the normal activity of our company and in particular for the execution of obligations deriving from contracts concluded or by law (e.g. administrative, fiscal, accounting obligations, etc.) and for market research and direct marketing.

Treatment methods.
As regards the methods of data processing, we would like to point out that your data will be included in a specific registry archive, both paper and electronic. Without prejudice to the application of adequate security measures for the protection and confidentiality of data, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code, the processing of your personal data will take place through specific data processing and archiving programs.

Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data.
For completeness we wish to inform you that the provision of personal data is necessary (and, therefore, your consent is not required, pursuant to art. 23 et seq. of the Code) to the extent that they are used for the execution by our company of contractual or legal obligations, or concern data coming from public registers, lists, deeds or documents knowable by anyone and, in any case, to the exclusion of dissemination, if the processing is carried out to assert or defend a right in court.

Consequences of any refusal to respond.

The refusal to provide data deemed fundamental by us (e.g. name, surname, company name, registered office, operational headquarters, any secondary offices, share capital, telephone numbers, fax numbers, legal representative, tax code and VAT number, company object, bank references, etc.) may make it impossible to establish or continue contractual relationships.

Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated.
Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of subjects:
– subjects to whom the right to access the data is granted by legal provisions or regulations;
– credit institutions for the management of collections and payments, financial, insurance and audit institutions;
– debt collection company;
– data processing and computer services companies;
– companies performing the mail sending service;
– associated, controlled or parent companies.

Your personal data will be processed by the following categories of people:
– management of the company, as data controllers and/or processors;
– operational headquarters employees, acting as data processors;
– hotel management, as data controllers and/or processors;
– reception, administration and bursar of the structures managed by Alessandria Gestioni Alberghiere Srl as data processors.
The data will never be disclosed, except with explicit consent from you.

Rights referred to in Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
Finally, in relation to all of the foregoing, we draw your attention to the rights to which you are entitled by virtue of art. 7 of the Code regarding the Protection of Personal Data, to which we refer and among which we mention the right to obtain, by of our company:

(a) an indication of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the identification details of the controller and processors and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as data controllers or processors;
(b) confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you and of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
(c) deletion as well as transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
(d) the updating, rectification or – where there is an interest – integration of such personal data;
(e) an attestation that the transactions referred to in points (c) and (d) have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in cases provided for by law;
(f) the right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
(g) the right to object, in any event, to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or carrying out market research or commercial communication.
